The Mazda ICONIC SP is a cutting-edge compact sports car designed for those who love driving. Featuring Mazda’s unique two-rotor rotary EV system, it maintains a low center of gravity for enhanced performance. The powertrain uses a compact rotary engine powered by carbon-neutral fuel, and the batteries are charged with renewable energy.
The car’s design prioritizes a low center of gravity for impressive driving performance, with a two-rotor rotary EV system that can burn various fuels. Beyond sports driving, it can supply power for outdoor activities or emergencies.

Seeing the Mazda Iconic SP at a Japan show was like catching a glimpse of driving’s future joy. The vibrant Viola Red sports car, with its futuristic design and low center of gravity, teased a thrilling driving experience.
Despite not getting behind the wheel, the sustainable powertrain and sporty aesthetic showcased Mazda’s commitment to making driving an exciting celebration.
The show was a sneak peek into Mazda’s mission to bring joy to driving, leaving me eagerly anticipating the day I might experience the Iconic SP firsthand.
