BMW has officially announced that the 2025 BMW M5 Touring will be hitting American roads alongside its sedan counterpart. This means we’re in for a treat with a sporty, high-performance wagon that’s bound to turn heads.
While the M3 Touring might not be making its way to the U.S., the M5 Touring is here to fill the void. Think of it as a souped-up version of the regular 5 Series Touring, with beefier bumpers, muscular wheel arches, and all the cool M badges you’d expect.
Under the hood, we’re expecting a powerful twin-turbo V8 engine. It’s rumored to have over 700 horsepower and a ton of torque. The car’s EV range is said to be over 43 miles, which is pretty impressive for a car this powerful.
Now, how does it stack up against its rival, the Audi RS 6 Avant? Well, the RS 6 Avant is no slouch, with a big V8 engine and impressive performance.
But we think the M5 Touring will be even faster and maybe a bit pricier. The Audi RS 6 Avant Performance starts at $125,800.
We don’t know the exact price of the M5 Touring yet, but for performance enthusiasts, it’ll be worth every penny.
