Recent spy photos reveal that the upcoming S650 Ford Mustang is getting some serious upgrades from Shelby American.
The pictures, shared on Instagram, show a camouflaged prototype parked outside Shelby’s headquarters in Las Vegas.
The car’s front end is covered up, hinting at a redesigned bumper and a bold hood with a noticeable bump in the middle. At the back, there’s a new spoiler too.
People are speculating if this might be the new GT350 or GT500 model. Rumors from a year ago suggested a GT500 could be coming in 2025, and these spy shots add fuel to that fire.
However, there’s concern about the price. The current Dark Horse Mustang is already expensive, starting at over $62,000. If this new GT500 follows suit, it could become one of the priciest Fords ever.
So, while Mustang fans are excited about the upgrades, they’re also curious about how much it’ll cost. We’ll have to wait and see what Ford decides.
